What is your signature 4D planning process?

We created our 4D planning framework because wedding planning shouldn’t feel like a full time job, and you shouldn’t be wondering “what comes next?”.

The 4 D’s are:

Development - where we build and develop the base of your wedding. We start with the key elements: budget, venue, and your most important vendors.

Design - where we talk about the overall look and feel you are wanting for your wedding day, and start securing your design team.

Details - where we bring everything together with your vendors, layout, and timeline. We work through the logistics of your wedding day with your vendors to create a timeline that works for everyone, ensuring your vision comes together smoothly.

Day-Of - where the magic happens! The week of your wedding we are there for you. We’ll run your wedding rehearsal and execute the wedding day as you’ve envisioned.

What is the difference between full service VIP and full service?

The main difference is that VIP is full weekend coverage and full service is wedding day only.

Do I need a wedding coordinator?

Yes! If you are not looking for a full service wedding planner, we’d recommend at least hiring a day of coordinator to manage your wedding. Our coordination services start the month before your wedding day. Our event management package uses our 3C framework and is designed to ensure your wedding day run smoothly.

What is your 3C Coordination framework?

Consultation - one month prior to your wedding we’ll set up a consultation to go over all of the details you have planned for your wedding. We’ll build out your timeline and start vendor communication.

Communication - we introduce ourselves to your vendor team and send our first draft of the timeline to them to get their input and make any changes. In order for your wedding to be successful, all the vendors need to collaborate and work together.

Coordination - wedding day coordination, we manage the vendors, the timeline, and any unexpected issues that may arise.

How does the booking process work?

First, we ask that you fill out our Contact Form and schedule a discovery call with us. After the call, we’ll send you the contract, which you’ll sign and return with a 30-50% retainer.
