Ryann Kristena Events is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is willing to travel!

I started out in theatre design and stage management. I fell into weddings by chance, and absolutely loved it. Ryann Kristena Events started because I want to be the support I wish I had while I was planning my own wedding. (Long story short: I was led astray by my sister-in-law and I ended up with pink tablecloths 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I don’t even like pink)

One of our core values is ensuring that our couples have a wedding that truly reflects who they are.

  • My husband’s name is also Ryan

  • We have three kids, one dog, one bunny, and a tortoise

  • Back to School shopping is still one of my favorite things

  • We believe black lives matter and trans lives matter

  • I started my business in Orange County, California and we moved to Salt Lake City, Utah

  • In case you couldn’t tell: black is my favorite color

  • I read a lot of romance (shadow daddies, anyone?)

  • I don’t drink alcohol; my mocktail order is soda water with cranberry and a lime

  • I love horror
